We think salty, crispy frites are the perfect accompaniment to our craft ice cream.
We use Kennebec potatoes from Kennewick, Washington and serve them to you twice fried! The result is a perfect, golden crispiness.
They're tossed in salt and served in a traditional paper cone. You may also choose to have your frites tossed in house-infused garlic oil or rosemary oil.

HOT HONEY FRITES
We drizzle our classic frites with Bee Local
hot honey sauce, infused with scorpion chili. These are beyond good, especially with soft serve as a dipping sauce! Sticky, sweet, spicy, salty and crave-able.

We lovingly make golden syrup, then combine it with sugar and baking soda to make honeycomb toffee. We freeze it, then add handfuls to our sweet cream custard. It is by far our most popular flavor!
